President and Co-Founder
My name is Leilani Williams. I am a Life Coach. I’m originally from Hawaii, lived in California for many years, and now live in Florida. During my adult life I've owned a flower shop, a plantscaping business, and a Real Estate Brokerage. In addition, I spent 8 years managing a ropes course & team building facility.
One of the common threads through those chapters in my life has been the opportunity to interact with people (employees, clients, customers, vendors, etc) on a very personal level. I’ve been blessed to hear so many of their life’s stories & dreams, and then have had the privilege to be a compass, walking alongside them as they move in the direction of their goal.
My mission is to impact & inspire as many people as I can to aim higher, think bigger, and do better.

My name is Kelly Polack. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer from New Jersey. I am currently in Florida with my husband Jerry. We are living our dream of being full-time on our boat. We believe in making each day count which is why we named our boat “Seas The Day”!
When I look back on my career, I loved many aspects, but I never had a say in my assignments, my salary or whether I got promoted. In 2020 I had an opportunity to become a Pampered Chef Consultant, and I took it - the entrepreneurial fire was lit!
In January of 2023, Leilani approached me to partner in bringing her idea to life. How could I not say yes? I am so thankful for this chance to bring positivity into the world, one message at a time.
